1. Services Provided
A-One TV Repair offers repair services for LCD and LED TVs. We provide both on-site and in-workshop repair services, depending on the nature of the issue and the location.
2. Appointment and Booking
- All repair appointments must be booked through our website, over the phone, or via email.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the customer agrees to allow our technician access to inspect and repair the TV at the scheduled time.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or technician unavailability.
3. Diagnostics and Inspection Fees
- An inspection fee may be charged for diagnosing the issue. This fee is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the final repair cost if the service is accepted.
- If the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, the inspection fee still applies.
4. Repair Warranty
- We offer a limited warranty of [specify duration, e.g., 3 months] on all repair work and replaced parts.
- This warranty covers only the specific repairs made and parts replaced during the service.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Any new issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Damage caused by mishandling, electrical surges, or improper use after repair.
- TVs that have been tampered with or repaired by another service provider after our service.
5. Spare Parts
We use only genuine or high-quality spare parts for repairs. In the event that a part is no longer available or the original part is discontinued, we will recommend a compatible replacement. Availability of spare parts may vary depending on the TV brand and model.
6. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion of the repair service.
- We accept cash, credit cards, online transfers, etc.
- Failure to make the full payment may result in the withholding of the repaired TV or other legal measures.
7. Liability
- A-One TV Repair is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the service provided.
- We are not responsible for any data loss, signal loss, or any other issues arising from the repair, unless directly caused by our negligence.
- Under no circumstances will A-One TV Repair be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the repair or service provided.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information regarding the TV's condition and issues when booking the service. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises for our technician and for the proper installation of the TV after the repair, if applicable.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
11. Changes to Terms
A-One TV Repair reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
